Felicia Day, Wil Wheaton on New Tabletop Gaming Show ‘Conludo,’ How ‘The Guild’ Reunion Movie Will Be Impacted by a Denied California Tax Credit

Felicia Day and Wil Wheaton teaming up for a new tabletop gaming show, "Conludo," is exciting news for fans of both celebrities and gaming enthusiasts alike. This collaboration brings together two industry veterans who have a proven track record of creating engaging content, with Day being the mastermind behind the popular web series "The Guild" and Wheaton known for his work on "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and as a gaming personality.

The timing of this announcement is also significant, as it coincides with Day's efforts to revive "The Guild" with a reunion movie. However, the project has hit a snag with the denial of a California tax credit, which could impact the production's budget and logistics. This development highlights the challenges that independent creators face when trying to bring their passion projects to life. Despite this setback, Day's dedication to reviving "The Guild" and her enthusiasm for "Conludo" demonstrate her commitment to creating innovative content for her fans.

As the entertainment industry continues to evolve, it's clear that nostalgia and gaming are powerful draws for audiences. With "Conludo," Day and Wheaton are poised to tap into this trend, offering a fresh take on the tabletop gaming genre. Fans of "The Guild" will be watching closely to see how the reunion movie comes together, and whether the denial of the tax credit will affect the final product. Meanwhile, "Conludo" has the potential to attract a new audience and establish itself as a go-to destination for gamers and non-gamers alike.
